Common Questions and Answers

Am I a potential candidate for the Epic-T Laser?

If you have pain that is of a neuro-musculo-skeletal origin, you may be a candidate for laser therapy. This includes arthritis, back pain, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, heel spurs or plantar fasciitis, migraine headaches, neck pain/whiplash, nerve root pain, postoperative pain, repetitive stress injuries, TM joint pain, tendonitis, tennis elbow, contusions, strains and sprains, disc degeneration and herniation and the accompanying swelling of these areas. If you have multiple trigger points (sore spots in the muscles) that do not go away, you may be a candidate for laser therapy.

Are there any risks or side effects from the Epic-T laser?

You will see the healing response become more active after a treatment. Because of this, any past injuries that have occurred may become slightly aggravated. This is a completely normal response to the treatment.

How often would I be treated?

Acute conditions can take anywhere from six to twelve treatments, having possible results by your sixth treatment. Chronic conditions can take up to twelve to twenty-four treatments.

How long do the treatments take?

Average treatment time ranges from five to ten minutes. Actual treatment time is dependent on the area being treated.

What can you expect?

*Revolutionary and innovative modality using low level infrared light to stimulate the energy-producing mitochondria within the body’s cells to promote circulation and healing

*Faster recovery time in fewer treatments by accelerating the rate and quality of healing

*Non-invasive, pain and side-effect free solution for pain relief

*Reduce long- and short-term side effects of injuries
