Candace Bell is a native of Houston, TX, and graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education. A few years ago, she was diagnosed with food allergies and had to make a lot of changes in her life. She became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and her own journey to wellness is what inspired her to want to help others live a healthier lifestyle.
She also started a wellness website and food blog, called The Wheatless Kitchen, to help others living with food allergies. Her goal is to show everyone that living a whole foods-centered lifestyle can be simple, nourishing, and fulfilling. She believes that a good relationship with food, as well as being in tune with your own body can have a huge impact on overall wellness.
